This training program is tailored for youth and youth workers seeking to amplify their digital capabilities via AI tools. It aims to highlight AI’s transformative role in advancing social programs and fostering innovative engagement methods with young individuals. AI tools such as ChatGPT and Midjourney can optimise youth work operations, extending the reach of social programs. They can aid in task automation, data analysis, and provide insights for more effective youth programs. Moreover, AI resources can streamline research, enabling youth workers to stay informed about modern strategies in their field. In today’s competitive job market, AI proficiency can be a distinct advantage, particularly for newcomers. However, it’s critical to maintain ethical use and avoid AI-generated resumes, which can be perceived negatively by employers. The course will cover ‘prompt engineering’—a crucial digital skill to interact effectively with AI, ensuring ethical use and understanding limitations. Through this program, participants will enhance their digital skills and gain a comprehensive understanding of AI’s potential in youth work. They will learn practical AI applications, encouraging positive change and innovation in youth development. The course aims to empower youth workers and young individuals to use AI responsibly and effectively for the betterment of their community.

Accommodation and food
Accommodation, three meals and two coffee breaks are covered by organisers and funded within the
Erasmus+ program.
