Accountable to beneficiaries
Country: Lebanon.
Closing Date: January 16, 2018.
Duty Station: Beirut.
Period: 11 months.
Starting Date: February 1st, 2018.

Main objective: Providing people with the opportunity to understand and influence AVSI key decisions
Reporting to: AVSI Lebanon Country Representative and Project Manager.
Specific duties:
• To draw up a strategic plan to define instruments and procedures;
• To draw up a strategy to involve “YOUTH” project beneficiaries at the stages of preparation, implementation, and evaluation;
• To draw up a strategy to involve “EDUCATION” project beneficiaries at the stages of preparation, implementation, and evaluation;
• To involve the most vulnerable groups such as the disabled, the outsiders and the women;
• To draw up a pilot project on beneficiaries networking in order to exchange ideas/feedback/experiences in Lebanon;
• To collaborate with the M&E Department in developing instruments, in the data collection strategy;
• To collaborate with the Communication Department to carry information and to report success stories;
• To disseminate the method developed to all AVSI Lebanon projects;
• To present the strategy developed during AVSI Regional Meeting.
Essential Requirement:
• Degree, preferably in Social Studies, Social Sciences, Economics, Statistics, International Relations or equivalent;
• At least three year working experience in the development/humanitarian field, preferably with similar activities;
• Good command of computers and experience with M&E tools;
• Good knowledge of English and French languages, knowledge of Arabic is an added value.
