Summary:
EVS4YOUth is a Training Course is aimed at empowering organisations (especially newcomers) and Youth workers in planning and developing quality European Volunteer Service (E.V.S).
Target group: Youth workers, Youth leaders, Project managers, EVS mentors/tutors.
For participants from: Bulgaria, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republic, Spain.
Group size: 24 participants.

EVS4YOUth will host 24 participants from 12 (France, Portugal, Bulgaria, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Spain) countries and will take place in Martinique (France) from 30 of April to 6 of May 2018. EVS4YOUth TC is about E.V.S. and during 6 works days it is planned to provide learnings and tips on quality system in each phase, from planning idea to implementation to dissemination of results. At the end the TC will support participants in developing their own Accreditation and project application forms and creating new partnerships. It offers 2 month of mentoring by the Trainers on the Project idea and Application form.
Costs:
This project is financed by the Erasmus+ Programme. According to the Programme Erasmus+, travel costs are covered 100% up to the maximum amount defined on the base of the kilometric distance from sending organisation town to the project place, following EU Distance Calculator: 820 € for Portugal, Bulgaria, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Spain. This budget is for the complete travel, from home to the venue of the seminar, in Martinique, France. This project provide accommodation, food, local transport (if necessary) and all material for the sessions. The participants are responsible about the insurance. This T.C. does not have a participation Fee. This TC was approved by the French National Agency Erasmus+.
