Target group: Youth workers, Trainers, Youth leaders, Youth coaches, Educators, Teachers.

This training course is for you if you want to:
• Know more about the role, importance and possibilities of NFE methods in youth work in regards of the topic of healthy lifestyle.
• Share your experiences and learn from other youth workers’ backgrounds.
• Learn more about a healthy lifestyle.
There are few main objectives of this project, which are:
• During this project you will understand the role, principles, and importance of NFE and a healthy lifestyle, with the main focus on how to connect them and use them in youth work.
• We will help to improve your understanding of different educational approaches while exploring and implementing different types of formal and Non Formal Educational methods.
• We will help you to gain more trust and competence in using Non-Formal Educational methods to promote a healthier lifestyle for Youth.
Costs:
Participation fee No participation fee.
Accommodation and food Organisation and costs for accommodation and food are covered by the programme Erasmus+.
Travel reimbursement
The participants will be reimbursed for their travel expenses to and from Poland according to the Erasmus+ funding rules: 20 euro – Poland; 180 euro – Romania; 275 euro – Croatia, Italy, Spain, Sweden; 360 euro – Portugal.
