Fondazione AVSI sta selezionando un/a Project Officer da inserire nella sua operatività in Costa d’Avorio. Durata: 12 mesi. Scadenza candidature: 24 Gennaio 2023.
Duty Station: Bouaké.
Starting Date: 06 February 2023.
Language: English.
Reporting to: 1st (Direct counselor) : Project Manager, 2nd (Functional counselor) : Country Representative AVSI Ivory Coast.
Aim of the position: Supporting the implementation and the results achievements of the project “Promotion des technologies de Cuisson Propre en Cote d’Ivoire” in Ivory Coast.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Supporting the coordination of all the activities foreseen by the abovementioned project.
- Supporting the coordination of the project staff.
- Contributing to the achievement of the project expected outcomes, outputs and general objective.
- Supporting the elaboration of reports for the donor.
- Supporting the elaboration of reports for the local authorities and traditional leaders.
- Share strategies and best practices with AVSI HQ.
- Monitoring the project implementation.
- Promote community/beneficiaries’ participation.
Essential Requirements
Education: (Preferred) Master degree in business and economy, International Cooperation and Development. (Accepted) Bachelor degree in Business and Economy or International Cooperation and Development.
Work experience: appreciated if one the mentioned fields/sectors.
Language Proficiency: French written and spoken.
Required skills and experiences
- Hard Skills: business, environment protection, French.
- Soft Skills: flexibility, proactivity, dynamism, curiosity, pragmatism. Reports, Project writing (will be considered as a plus).
